We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to establish a new team inside our Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust technical expertise and strong leadership skills.You must be:

• Independent, responsible and creative problem solver that can crack the most complicated problems on your own.
• Eager to learn new things and also proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
• Team player that communicates well with others.

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• 2+ years Proven leadership experience in driving technical initiatives or mentoring developers
• 1+ years or more in C#
• 2+ years working with Kafka or equivalent high scale event streaming platform
• Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker
• 1+ years or more in Node.JS - Advantage
• Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures - Advantage
• BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
