XM Cyber is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global IT Manager to lead our IT team to new heights. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and safeguarding our critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage a global IT support team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and build an IT annual work plan accordingly.
- Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business growth.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues. Utilize hands-on technical expertise to diagnose and resolve critical problems.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external users, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT management experience in a global organization or equivalent.
- Experience in Cyber trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge in IT concepts: networking, systems administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in managing IT operations in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in OS systems, mainly with Microsoft and macOS.
- Proven experience in Production environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) - Advantage.
